Graphic Novel Sneak Preview!

The new episode of the podcast is up today, covering The Mound (sounds a little dirty, huh?). But the bigger news is that Lackey and I have announced our collaboration with super-awesome artist I.N.J. Culbard on a new graphic novel called DEADBEATS!

You can see the first three pages of the project here, as well as some character bios. The story is similar to "Some Like It Hot," but with zombies instead of cross-dressing. Man - I couldn't be more excited to finally be working in comics!

New Bizarre Article, Interview

Lackey and I have a feature article on Lovecraft in the new issue of Bizarre Magazine, out on stands today. Here's a sneak peek:

AND we just got interviewed for site Cthulhus Ruf about our podcast. It's funny to read about my Michael Jackson jacket in German. Check it out!

Dunwich and Serial Killers

Whew - our final podcast on The Dunwich Horror is up today. It's been a week of podcast madness: I did the final master of our Soundtrack Volume 2 on Monday night (available next week!), edited today's show on Tuesday night, and last evening went into the studio to record Andrew Leman and Bruce Green for our upcoming audio books of The Picture in the House and From Beyond. They did a killer job, but now I've gotta squeeze in the time to edit the readings before February's out (in 3-D, no less). Should be interesting since I'll be away in Baltimore/D.C. all next week for work.

There'll be some diversion this weekend, though - my wife Heather and I have small parts in The Whaler, one of the short plays in competition as part of Serial Killers at the Sacred Fools theater in Hollywood. The show's on Saturday night at 11 and is always a lot of fun. We had a great time last year doing our own show in Serial Killers - an episodic comedy about two cockney gravediggers called Grave Expectations. You can actually see some clips of it here:
